One of my favorite posts of the week is Gene Lempp’s treatise on Lemuria. Never heard of it? Well, you probably wouldn’t have seeing as how it’s not quite as famous as it’s cousin, Atlantis. Still, I love me a good lost continent story and this one is worth checking out.
Apparently now that the stockings have been put away and Santa is on holiday for another year, douchebaggery is running rampant. Jesse Petersen and Jack Wallen have two really excellent posts up this week on why being a douche is bad. You know, just in case you were a little vague on that point. Shockingly, some people actually are vague on that point. Very vague.

This week I’m reading Nalini Singh’s Kiss of Snow. It’s the latest in her Psy/Changeling Series. If you love a good paranormal with some serious kick-ass world building, I can’t recommend Singh enough.
